1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to promote a fair, inclusive, and respectful workplace by ensuring equal opportunity and prohibiting all forms of discrimination within JEBLA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. Scope              

This policy applies to all employees, job applicants, interns, contractors, consultants, and third-party vendors working with JEBLA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED across all locations in India.

3. Policy Statement

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

5. Responsibilities

  • Management and HR are responsible for enforcing this policy, responding promptly to complaints and ensuring all employment practices are fair and unbiased.
  • Employees are expected to treat colleagues with dignity and respect, report any violations and cooperate with investigations.

6. Reporting and Complaint Procedure

Employees who experience or witness any form of discrimination should report it immediately to:

  • Their manager/supervisor
  • The Human Resources Department

Complaints will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly. No employee will face retaliation for making a good-faith complaint.

7. Disciplinary Action

Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

8. Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated to ensure compliance with changing laws and workplace expectations.
